1. What we collect

When you contact us through an enquiry form on this site or by phone, we may collect:

• Your name;
• Your phone number;
• Your email address (if you provide it);
• Your suburb or project location (if you provide it);
• The type of enquiry (homeowner, builder, designer, dealer, other);
• Any message or project description you choose to send us;
• Source information such as the referring campaign parameter (utm_source) and the page you submitted from.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information. An analytics service is used on this site and records anonymous usage data — see section 5.

2. Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project — we aim to respond within one business day;
• To prepare a quotation or recommendation where you ask us to;
• To understand which channels generate enquiries, using aggregated data only — never to build an individual profile of you.

3. How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept for no longer than 12 months from the date you submit it. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, records are kept for the period required by that contract and applicable accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted or anonymised at the end of the period.

4. How we protect it

Information is stored on access-restricted servers and is available only to the staff responsible for handling enquiries. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure page visits and how visitors reach us. Google Analytics may set cookies that record your device type, browser, approximate region, referring source and the pages you view.

This data is aggregated and we cannot use it to identify you as an individual. It is not used for individual profiling or automated decision-making. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and this will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

6. Overseas transfer

We are an Australian-facing website operated by a company based in Foshan, China. Information you submit through this site is transferred to and processed in China, where our team handles enquiries. By submitting an enquiry you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled in line with this policy.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or withdraw your consent to our holding it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 15 business days.
