Zero maintenance
Aluminium does not rust, rot or need repainting. A rinse with the hose is the whole maintenance schedule — no annual oiling, no sanding, no restaining.
Salt-air & all-weather
Marine-grade extrusion with a cured powder-coat finish holds up to coastal salt spray, UV and driving rain. Engineered to AS2047 performance requirements — full documentation available on request.
Termite-proof
Termites are the one thing timber can never really defend against. Aluminium is not a food source — the problem simply does not exist.
Fire performance
Aluminium is non-combustible — suited to BAL-rated bushfire-prone areas where timber construction is restricted.

One factory, start to finish
We own the factory. Aluminium is extruded, cut, coated and pre-assembled in Foshan — which is why the price is factory-direct and the lead time is ours to control.
In-house extrusion
We design and extrude our own profiles rather than buying generic sections — so glass rebates and fixings are made to suit the system, not adapted to it.
Trial assembly
Large-span frames are trial-assembled full size in the workshop before dispatch, so every joint and fixing is checked while it is still on our floor.
Factory-direct pricing
No wholesaler or importer margin between the extrusion line and your site. You deal with the manufacturer.
Documented delivery
Cutting lists, fabrication drawings and packing lists travel with the container. Site teams install from drawings, not guesswork.
