Questions we get first
Do you install, or supply only?
Both. For projects in our Sydney install coverage we can supply and install. Outside that area, or where you already have a carpenter or builder on site, we supply as a labelled kit with drawings and your trades install it.
How long does a project take?
Fabrication starts after drawings are approved. Total lead time depends on the roof format, size and coating colour, and sea freight is part of that timeline. We give you the current schedule with your quote rather than a generic number.
Will it pass council or meet BAL requirements?
Aluminium is non-combustible, so it is suited to BAL-rated areas where timber is restricted. The structure is engineered to AS2047 performance requirements and full documentation is available on request. Whether a specific project needs approval, and what form that takes, depends on your local council — we supply the drawings and performance documentation you need for that process.
How does aluminium compare on price to timber?
Upfront, aluminium is often comparable or slightly higher than a timber-framed equivalent. Over the life of the structure it works out cheaper, because there is no annual oiling, no restaining, no rot repair and no termite treatment.
What colours are available?
Standard powder-coat colours as well as woodgrain finishes. Send us a photo of the house and we will suggest a match — that is usually faster than working from a colour chart.
Do you sell to builders and dealers?
Yes. Volume pricing and staged delivery are available to builders and developers, and dealer terms are available in territories without an existing partner.
